Refund and Cancellation Policy

CrossApp Ltd, located in Taipei, Taiwan, is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. The following outlines our policy regarding refunds and cancellations of our monthly and annual subscription services.

Payment Procedure

Subscriptions to CrossApp Ltd's services are paid through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. Payments are made online via credit or debit card and subscriptions are set to auto-renew until canceled by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by navigating to the designated webpage or by sending an email to info@gorder.app. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle and no further charges will be applied from that point forward.

Refund Procedure

In the event of a cancellation, if the customer desires a refund, they may request one. All refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please note that the actual refund arrival time depends on your bank's processing times, which can vary.

Service Termination

In cases where payment fails three times, CrossApp Ltd reserves the right to terminate the service. Users will be notified of such instances and given the opportunity to update their payment information before service termination.

Renewal Terms

Subscriptions will automatically renew until the customer cancels it. Customers will be notified prior to any scheduled renewal to allow the option of cancellation.
